Position: Market Launch Manager
Location: Kenya (remote, with some in-person meetings)
Oversee app testing, user experience feedback, and report issues to developers.
Represent Wajibu in online and in-person meetings.
Coordinate with marketing agencies to produce tailored marketing content.
Identify and approach potential clients (websites, businesses), pitch Wajibu, onboard them, and provide ongoing support.
Recommend app improvements based on user feedback.
Track project milestones and ensure launch timelines are met.
Project management experience (tech startup experience is a plus).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to using AI-powered tools.
Sales experience or customer onboarding experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Background: Previous experience in tech startups, marketing, project management, or sales.
Skills: Project management, customer relations, basic tech troubleshooting, and analytical skills for suggesting app improvements.
