Job Title: Xerox Printer Sales Professional Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based/Remote
As a Xerox Printer Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales of Xerox printing solutions and related products to new and existing customers. Your primary objective will be to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that improve their business productivity and efficiency through the use of Xerox’s world-class printing technology. This is a highly dynamic, target-driven sales role requiring a mix of relationship-building, consultative selling, and market research.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the designated territory or market.
Meet or exceed sales targets for Xerox printers, supplies, and related services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct in-depth assessments of customer requirements, recommend optimal Xerox solutions, and customize proposals accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management.
Stay in regular contact with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth installation and onboarding of products.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and Xerox product innovations.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
Position Xerox products and services as the solution to business challenges, using market insights and tailored messaging.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure seamless sales execution.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activity and performance.
Participate in training programs to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Sales Process Management: Maintain CRM system with accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company guidelines.
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and open opportunities to drive the sales process forward.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or office equipment (experience in selling printers, copiers, or related hardware is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
At least 2 years in selling Xerox printing solutions and supplies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for technology and customer service
Ability to travel locally within the assigned region as required.
