We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Service Clerk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, handling phone inquiries, assisting with office administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, providing helpful information when needed.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and delivering documents.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, both in person and over the phone.
Support the team with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing office events.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space, fostering a professional work environment.
Perform additional clerical duties and special projects as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or clerical roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage time and work independently.

Full-time position with standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
Occasional overtime may be required, depending on operational needs.
