We're seeking a Media Buyer/Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategise, and manage ads across Facebook & IG.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying: Managing daily ad spend ranging from $300 - $2k+. Some clients may experience rapid growth with successful campaigns, so readiness to scale is essential.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilising performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to optimise effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Funnel Strategy: Identifying and addressing underperforming stages of sales funnels to enhance conversion rates and maximise revenue.

  • Creative Strategy: Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.

  • Brainstorming and implementing growth strategies and campaigns that distinguish us from competitors.

  • Competitor Research: Drawing insights from successful strategies in similar niches to improve our own advertising and funnel optimisation efforts.

Communication Expectations:

  • We promote over-communication for clarity and context.

  • We value promptness in communication and providing explanations for any delays.

  • You’ll be required to participate in weekly client & team meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct response marketing experience

  • Skilled in managing campaigns primarily on Meta

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analytics.

  • Building ad account structures aligned with best practices and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.

  • Confidence in scaling and optimising ad accounts based on client needs.

  • Initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intellectually curious with a drive to understand the 'what,' 'why,' and 'how' behind unique results.

  • Tenacious and resilient, persisting until goals are achieved.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Utilising tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights.

  • Managing 3-5 clients and meeting monthly KPI goals.

  • Collaborating with team members on optimisation and scaling strategies across ad accounts.
