We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Contact potential customers via phone, email, or social media to discuss solar energy options.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmations and address any questions.
Assist in developing and refining outreach strategies to improve appointment-setting success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of solar energy products and services is beneficial but not required.
Work setup is 100% work from home.
