Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products.
Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos.
Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords.
Prepare and review technical documents and presentations.
Manage and update the knowledge base.
Ensure timely updates and product uploads are made on the website.
Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries.
0 to 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Software, Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control.
Must not be a student.
Must have your own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
Proficient in English communication.
