Remote Chat/Email Support Specialist

Container Service Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Chat/Email Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through chat and email communications, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding our container services, pricing, and order processes.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their orders or services.

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.

• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using chat and email support tools, as well as CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with the container services industry is a plus but not required.
